From Insight to Impact: Strengthening Financial Stewardship Across Africa

In a rapidly changing global landscape, financial resilience is more than just a technical requirement—it is a strategic necessity for mission-driven organizations. From June 21–25, 2026, the Andrews University Center for Organizational Resilience and Excellence (AUCORE) will host the Africa Treasurers Training Seminar at the School of Business Administration.

This executive development initiative, themed "Insight to Impact (I2I): Financial Resilience and Strategic Stewardship in a Global Church," is designed specifically for treasury and administrative officers across all levels of church leadership in Africa.

A Strategic Governance Intervention

This is not your typical accounting refresher. The seminar is a high-level intervention designed to address the structural forces shaping financial stability. By moving beyond simple compliance, attendees will learn to navigate:

  • Liquidity Discipline: Managing cash flow as a leadership signal.

  • Internal Control Culture: Building institutional accountability.

  • Digital Oversight: Preparing for the governance of AI and digital transformation.
